CrewSpace

Hands-on workshops, with coaching by experienced professionals, using state-of-the-art teaching technology: that's what CrewSpace is all about.  We make most types of media creation accessible, at all levels of expertise.

Funded primarily by a grant from the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation, CrewSpace aspires to the same ideals that the foundation itself expresses:  we, too, want to demonstrate creativity, embrace innovation and inspire people to do their best.

Since our primary goal is ease of access for all kinds of learners, you'll see a lot of Apple-based technology at CrewSpace.  Our experience is that more projects will be able to come to a successful completion, with more ease, on the Mac OS (and iOS).  We believe that spending more time working on the underlying principles of excellent design, filmmaking, writing, photography, audio and music-making—and less time struggling with technology—is a very good thing for all concerned.

Best of all, everything we're doing is free for anyone with a Walla Walla Public Library card!
