The Building Division has gotten calls from residents reporting they received voicemails from someone claiming to work for Walla Walla's "Building Department" and asking them to call a 1-800 number.

Residents are cautioned to not call the number left in the voicemail. These voicemails aren't actually from City staff.

The City of Walla Walla doesn't use 1-800 numbers, and Building/Permitting staff will only call you if you have an active permit.
