Congratulations to Walla Walla local & library patron John Gahbauer of Helium Motion LLC, whose animated video "Orbit," produced for Walla Walla Public Library's The Next Chapter Fund, was awarded Gold at the 2026 Hermes Creative Awards. Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition honoring excellence in traditional and emerging media. It is administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP – amcpros.com), which celebrates the work of creative professionals. Judging is rigorous and standards are high: Gold Awards recognize work that exceeds industry standards—awarded to about 19% of entrants.
